Shook Kelley worked with the development team to manifest the Vision and Master Plan for Watergrass Town Center, an example of careful growth and heritage preservation in Pasco County, Florida.
The Master Plan by Shook Kelley for Watergrass Town Center encompasses over 250 acres of land as part of the larger Watergrass Master Planned Urban Development (MPUD). The responsibility that lies before the development team is to create a legacy community and to be stewards of this place. Most importantly, it introduces to a plan for developing it in a manner and at a scale that respects the intrinsic natural and man-made qualities of the site, one that continues traditions of building construction and settlement patterns unique to Western Florida.
