Citygate
A mixed-use project located on 62 acres in Upstate New York alongside the historic Erie Canal, master planned by Shook Kelley.
Shook Kelley performed the duties of Master Planning for Citygate, a mixed use project located in Rochester, NY, situated north of the Erie Canal. The planned community contains over 400 residential units, 420,000 square feet of retail space, 60,000 square feet of office space and two hotels. The project will provide public access to the Erie Canal with a new boat house, harbor inlet, walking trails and community functions at the water’s edge, enhancing the existing public space.
