Shook Kelley developed the master plan and is providing architectural services for one of Bayer Properties newest projects, The Summit at Fritz Farm, a mixed-use shopping destination in the center of Lexington, Kentucky’s thriving retail hub.

Set within the storied equestrian landscape of Lexington, with many of the world’s top farms nearby, The Summit at Fritz Farm has been designed to strike a balance between the area’s history and the cosmopolitan aspirations of visitors and residents alike. Relying more upon raw texture, human scale and material contradiction than historicity in the crafting of its architecture, the shops, offices, hotel and residences will convene people from all walks of life, and the refined cultures of the equestrian world that descend upon Lexington throughout the year.
